I don’t know how the LockHunter program works, but I don’t know if it may break anything in your old stack. What we recommend is to install the new version into the default installation directory, migrate your applications data and configurations to the new stack, and uninstall the old stack once you have checked the new one works fine. Unfortunately, updating base components (Apache, PHP and MySQL) is not possible in our products based on installers.
